Singing is much more than what we have been thinking. There is some scientific research about singing and its benefits to our mental and physical health. It has been proven that people who sing in a chorus are over all more healthy and content.

By just using common sense it seems obvious that singing has a profound effect on our health. Singing after all has to do with breathing and breathig with the nervous system, and as we know, the nervous system has a big role when talking about health.

If you like we can even go  further than health, singing can become a purpose of life, a daily meditation or a prayer. It is an action that seems to have a very deep effect to our mental and spiritual being, it can become a doorway to trancendental experiencing and help us to reveal the secret sources of well being and happiness.

Stanza one is about allowing emotions to be felt and seen. You can sing in any style you want.

In the group we learn how to find self-acceptance and compassion through our own voice. We give voice to the vulnerable identities within ourselves.
